Arian Brajkovic has been collaborating with Akdesign since 2010, designing and managing products and projects from concept through to delivery. As a freelance designer, he brings a broad range of experience across product and packaging design, exhibitions, interiors, and social design.

He graduated in Industrial Design from NABA and began his career at Integral Studio Vinaccia, developing products and packaging for sports equipment, consumer goods, and lighting. In 2010 he collaborated with Francesco Librizzi Studio on the exhibition design for the Italian pavilion at the XII Biennale di Architettura in Venice, a high-profile commission that marked an early milestone. After earning a Master’s in Interior Design, he worked in the beauty industry as a product and interior designer. Since 2012 he has taught at NABA, first as an assistant and later as a professor. Since 2007 he has been involved in social design projects supporting craftsmanship in Brazil, Egypt, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, and Iran, and in 2014 he joined the UNIDO permanent development programmes team.

Isabella Kobrinetz has joined Akdesign as Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, bringing together her passion for design and a career built across trade promotion, project management, and brand communications. At Akdesign, she keeps the studio's ambitious international projects moving, from client coordination to supplier management, while also working to bring the studio's work to wider audiences through thoughtful marketing and content.

Born in Chicago and rooted in Milan, Isabella has always operated at the intersection of creative industries and international business. Before Akdesign, she developed her project and communications skills at the Italian Trade Agency's Chicago Office and at PwC's Digital Innovation team in Milan. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's from Bocconi University, and is fully bilingual in English and Italian.
